Nadine Stefan presently lives and works in New Denver, British Columbia, Canada. She has been a practicing artist for the past 24 years. She studied at the Alberta College of Art and Design in Calgary and went on to receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Calgary in 1985. Stefan attended art residencies at the Banff Center for the Arts, the University of Lethbridge Gushul Studio and through the Leighton Art Foundation and has participated in various workshops in Alberta and BC. She has actively exhibited her work in public and commercial galleries in Canada and has participated in touring shows in Germany and the Czech Republic. Her work is represented in corporate collections, foundations and private collections in Canada, the USA and Europe.

Nadine has taught college level art classes in design, drawing and mixed media as well as recreational workshops for both adults and children. Her employment history also includes working for commercial and civic galleries in various capacities as well as graphic design.

Stefan’s artwork combines a variety of media including painting, drawing, and installation.
